EVIG is the European Veterinary Immunology Group

Since 2001 EVIG has been a platform for communication and exchange between veterinary immunology researchers from all corners of Europe

In 2009 EVIG was transformed into a registered society, based in Berlin, Germany (EVIG e.V.)

EVIG is managed by a Steering Committee composed of co-opted independent members of the research community who provide scientific and organisational leadership​

An Advisory Committee provide additional expertise to ensure:

• multidisciplinary coverage
• geographical diversity across Europe
• cross species representation including farm and companion animals, fish and wildlife
